As diplomatic tensions escalate between Tehran and Washington, Iran has taken a humorous jab at US President Donald Trump. The Iranian government shared a viral video featuring an albino buffalo from Bangladesh, which many social media users claim bears a striking resemblance to Trump. Online commentators have humorously noted that the buffalo reportedly lost its appetite after being compared to the American leader. This buffalo is set to be sacrificed during the upcoming Eid al-Adha festivities in Bangladesh. An official post from Iran's embassy in Russia stated: "Poor thing! Bangladeshi buffalo upset by comparisons to Donald Trump." The post included a report from a Russian state broadcaster, highlighting that the buffalo's resemblance to Trump has attracted many visitors.



The 'Trump' Buffalo Goes Viral


This viral buffalo, humorously named 'Donald Trump', has become a significant attraction in the Narayanganj district of Bangladesh, close to Dhaka. Weighing in at 700 kg, the albino buffalo has garnered considerable attention online due to its unique golden coat and facial features. Observers have noted the animal's striking similarities to the US President, with one local stating to a regional publication, "When I saw his pictures on Facebook, he looked exactly like Donald Trump. His facial structure and even hairstyle match that of Trump." Ziauddin Mridha, the buffalo's caretaker, reported that large crowds have been visiting the farm daily to take pictures with the animal since it gained fame on the internet.


The buffalo, known for its distinctive pinkish hue and tuft of hair, was sold at a rate of 550 Taka per kilogram, totaling around 385,000 Taka, according to the farm's owner, Zia Uddin Mairda. The animal was purchased by a trader named Mohammad Shoron from the Jinjira (Rasulpur) area specifically for the traditional Qurbani sacrifice during Eid al-Adha.
