On Saturday, Dubai International Airport announced a complete suspension of all flight operations due to the intensifying conflict in the Middle East and Gulf regions. The Dubai media office communicated via X, previously known as Twitter, stating, "To ensure the safety of passengers, airport personnel, and airline crews, operations at Dubai International (DXB) have been temporarily halted. All actions are being conducted according to established safety protocols." Prior to this announcement, Emirates Airlines had also declared the suspension of its flight services in response to the escalating security concerns stemming from the ongoing war in Iran and the surrounding areas. In a message posted on X, Emirates informed that all flights to and from Dubai are suspended until further notice, urging travelers not to head to the airport.
