Delhi Blue Bulls GC Launches Official Jersey for IGPL Season 2

Today, the Delhi Blue Bulls Golf Club (GC) introduced its official playing jersey at the Qutab Golf Course in New Delhi, marking a significant milestone as the team prepares for its IGPL Season 2 campaign. The jersey was unveiled by Ganesh Sarnala, Director of RVR Projects Pvt Ltd, along with Uttam Singh Mundy, CEO of IGPL. The entire team, including players Shiv Kapur, Gaurav Ghei, Chiragh Kumar, and Aryan Roopa Anand, showcased the new colors for the first time.

Design and Performance

The jersey features the franchise's signature blue and includes the Blue Bulls crest. Designed as a performance kit, it aims to provide a cohesive identity for the team throughout the season and during home matches.

Leadership and Mentorship

The team will be guided on the course by two prominent figures in Indian golf: Gaurav Ghei, a three-time Asian Tour champion who will act as both a mentor and player, and Shiv Kapur, the 2002 Asian Games gold medalist with four Asian wins, who will also compete as a player. Together, they lead the league's Golf Growth Initiative in collaboration with the IGU, the Women’s Golf Association of India, PGA India, and The Golf Foundation.

Community Engagement

The franchise is dedicated to contributing to the Delhi community by promoting the sport through a Junior Programme that offers children access to golf and professional coaching. Additionally, their community initiatives include 'Birdies for the Bulls,' a social-impact program, and a tree-plantation drive linked to the season in partnership with Greenpanel.

Upcoming Event

Delhi will host the IGPL Invitational 2026, presented by RVR Delhi Blue Bulls GC, at Qutab Golf Course from September 29 to October 1, 2026. This event is one of nine scheduled for the second half of Season 2, which spans both the UAE and India.
