Arabic Mix Grilled

Ingredients:

.80g lamb chops; 100 grams of chicken thighs; 100 grams of beef cubes; 80 g lamb mince kofta; 100 grams of french fries and 50 grams of mixed pickles.

.For marination: 2 tomatoes; 2 onions; 5 pieces roasted garlic; 2 tablespoons of tomato paste; 3 spoons of cumin powder; 3 spoons of coriander powder; 2 tablespoons of lime juice; 2 tablespoons of vinegar; 3 teaspoons of salt; 3 tsp pepper and 1 tsp harissa paste.

.Garlic sauce: ½ cup egg white; 1 cup corn oil; 5 tablespoons of lemon juice; 5 cloves of fresh garlic and 3 teaspoons of salt

.Procedure: Char grill the tomato, onion and garlic, then add all the ingredients together and blend the roast. Make it a paste. Put the egg whites, minced garlic and lemon juice together in a blender. Gradually add the oil and start mixing until it becomes thick and fluffy. Add salt and adjust the spices according to your taste.

. To serve: Serve with french fries, garlic sauce, mixed pickles and Arabic bread.
