  • 1 tin MILKMAID
  • 3 tbsp (25 gms) Ghee
  • 500 gmsGrated Paneer
  • 10-12Kesar Strands (Saffron)
  • 3 tspJaiphal (Nutmeg) Powder
  • 15Badam (Almonds)

Jauz Ka Meetha Recipe

HOW TO MAKE JAUZ KA MEETHA

.In a pan, mix half a tin of  Milkmaid, paneer, ghee, saffron and nutmeg powder.
.Cook till the ghee starts to separate, then add the remaining Milk, mix well and remove from the flame.
.Blanch the almonds, remove the skin and cut into slivers. Add to the above mixture and mix well. Serve warm or hot.
