WWE Evolution 2025 Set for Atlanta: Exciting Details Revealed

After much anticipation, WWE Evolution 2025 is officially on the horizon, set to take place in just a few months. WWE has confirmed that this premium live event, which highlights the talents of female wrestlers, will coincide with both a main roster and an NXT show during that weekend.

WWE announced on social media that Evolution 2025 will occur on Sunday, July 13, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. This event will follow a Saturday Night’s Main Event scheduled for July 12. Additionally, the NXT brand will host the Great American Bash, although the venue for this event is yet to be disclosed.

WWE Evolution 2025 will be available for streaming on Peacock in the United States and on Netflix for international audiences. The Saturday Night’s Main Event will also be broadcast from the same location on NBC and Peacock, while the Great American Bash is anticipated to compete with AEW All In: Texas that afternoon.

Ticket Information for WWE Evolution 2025

WWE has released initial ticketing information for Evolution 2025, with sales starting this Tuesday. Fans can purchase combo tickets for both the Saturday Night’s Main Event and the premium live event the following day. However, tickets for the NXT’s Great American Bash will not be available immediately, as the date for that event is still pending. There is a possibility that it may turn into a themed weekly episode of NXT.

The inaugural Evolution event, which was the first all-women pay-per-view, took place in 2018 at the Nassau Veteran Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, New York. It received acclaim from both fans and critics, despite not achieving significant financial success. In light of WWE's current focus on profitability, the decision to combine Evolution 2025 with two other shows aims to enhance ticket sales.

Initially, WWE Evolution 2025 was slated to occur at the Mohegan Sun: Casino & Resort in Uncasville, Connecticut, on July 5. However, WWE opted not to proceed with this solo event to mitigate the risk of financial loss.

During the first Evolution, Becky Lynch triumphed over Charlotte Flair in a Last Woman Standing Match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship, while Toni Storm defeated IYO SKY in the final of the 2018 Mae Young Classic. In the main event, Ronda Rousey defended her Raw Women’s Championship against Nikki Bella, who has previously hinted at a potential return for WWE Evolution 2025.
