Recently, Bryan Alvarez discussed this topic on Wrestling Observer Radio, indicating that the WWE Draft 2025 might take place during the Memorial Day weekend takeover in Tampa, Florida. This event could potentially coincide with the already scheduled main roster shows.
Alvarez also commented on the status of former NXT champions Giulia and Roxanne, noting, "For whatever reason, Giulia and Roxanne are still considered NXT talents. Roxanne has been a regular on the main roster since the Royal Rumble; she should be petitioning for main roster back pay. She’s been here so often."

Alvarez further explained that while nothing is confirmed regarding WWE Draft 2025, plans could evolve. If the draft occurs, several NXT talents are expected to be promoted to Raw and SmackDown, which might explain why Giulia and Perez have not yet appeared on these shows.
"They can’t call everybody up at once," he remarked. "But there’s a reason that a lot of women were cut in the last couple of weeks, and that is because they are making room on the roster for a lot of other women to get called up."
Multiple credible sources have indicated that WWE Draft 2025 is likely to happen after Wrestlemania 41, but the packed WWE schedule may hinder its execution. Finding an appropriate time slot in the summer for the event remains a challenge.
As the date approaches, it remains to be seen if WWE Draft 2025 will be part of the Memorial Day weekend takeover at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, which includes Saturday Nights Main Event (May 24), NXT Battleground 2025 (May 25), Monday Night Raw (May 26), and NXT (May 27).
