Why the All Stars Football Club Suspended Matches After a Shocking Incident Involving Tiger Shroff
Suspension of Football Practice Sessions
The All Stars Football Club (ASFC) has decided to halt its regular football practice sessions due to a recent shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff. This decision, made by club owner Bunty Walia, reflects increasing concerns about the safety of celebrities who often participate in the club's Sunday matches.
Details of the Incident
The suspension follows a shooting that took place on October 18 near the Jamnabai Narsee School playground in Mumbai’s Juhu area. Fortunately, Tiger Shroff was unharmed, but his driver, Firdous, and a staff member, Umesh Chauhan, were injured. Both are currently receiving medical care, with the driver suffering minor injuries and Chauhan sustaining a bullet wound.
Revising Security Measures
In response to the attack, ASFC is reassessing its operational protocols to enhance member safety. Bunty Walia stated that practice sessions will remain suspended until effective security measures are put in place. Proposed changes may include limiting media and paparazzi access and keeping future match dates and locations confidential to reduce public exposure and potential threats.
Investigation Underway
The Mumbai Police have initiated a thorough investigation into the shooting, deploying 15 specialized teams to locate the three unidentified assailants who escaped on a motorcycle. Deputy Commissioner of Police Mohit Garg confirmed that investigators are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify the attackers and understand the motive behind the incident. This event adds to a series of security threats faced by the Hindi film industry, raising concerns among notable figures in the entertainment field.
