Following in the footsteps of the original Dhurandhar, the sequel has brought forth a host of fresh talent to the Bollywood scene. One notable newcomer is Mustafa Ahmed, who has previously trained stars like Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, and Hrithik Roshan in fitness. In Dhurandhar 2, Mustafa makes his acting debut as Rizwan, a loyal aide to Hamza Ali Mazari's character. The fitness coach turned actor credits director Aditya Dhar for his guidance throughout this journey, revealing that it was Aditya who encouraged him to take on the role.

Mustafa shared that despite the film's remarkable success, Aditya has remained humble and unchanged.

In an interview with Zoom, Mustafa remarked, "He has welcomed me into his small circle of trusted individuals. He doesn't interact with many people and has a limited number of friends. Before we start working, he always checks in with me, asking if I'm alright and if everything is good at home. I always respond affirmatively. That's just his way of being."
He further praised the Uri director, stating, "When the film began, to illustrate how much he values those in his circle, he mentioned that while the movie may come to an end, I will always be his responsibility. He assured me he would look after things for me. He said the same to Ranveer, by the way. We were both in the gym, and I distinctly remember him saying that."

Aditya Dhar's Success and Humility

Mustafa also revealed that the tremendous success of the Dhurandhar films has not led to any arrogance on Aditya's part. He elaborated, "You can see that he remains detached from all of this. He doesn't dwell on what he has accomplished. Instead, he is enjoying time with his family. He has a small circle of friends, but those who are in his life truly feel valued. I am just one example of that."
"He has transformed my life in countless ways. The more I express my gratitude, the less it feels for someone of his stature. I genuinely hope the world recognizes him for the remarkable person he is," the actor emphasized. Dhurandhar 2, which also features Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, and Sanjay Dutt, is on track to join the Rs 1,000 crore club in India. It has already surpassed that milestone globally, amassing over Rs 1,500 crore at the box office since its release on March 19.
