Sharvari, who was absent from the teaser, has now been introduced, leading fans to speculate about her character's identity. Some theorize she might be Sita's biological sister, while others think she could be connected to familiar figures from the YRF Spy Universe, such as Jim, Kabir, and Khalid.

Could Sharvari Be Kabir's Daughter in 'Alpha'?

Following the trailer's release, a user on X suggested, "#AliaBhatt is Bobby Deol's daughter, and Sharvari is actually Ruhi, the daughter of Kabir (Hrithik Roshan). This is why her character name remains a mystery." They further claimed that YRF is intentionally withholding details about her character because she is Ruhi, Kabir's adoptive daughter. For context, Ruhi is Naina's daughter, with Kabir serving as her protector and mentor.
However, another user expressed doubt, stating, "Sharvari cannot be Ruhi. In War 2, Ruhi was between 12-14 years old, and unless there’s a significant time jump (which seems unlikely), she must be a different character," adding, "I believe she’s linked to either Khalid or Jim."
