Box Office Success of 'Hanuman Ansh'


New Delhi: The film Hanuman Ansh, inspired by the teachings and life of the spiritual figure Neem Karoli Baba, has achieved remarkable success, grossing over Rs 150 crore at the box office.


Directed by Vishal Chaturvedi, the narrative centers around a young man named Lakshminarayan, who, after losing his mother, embarks on a profound spiritual quest to find God.


His journey takes him across North India as he seeks answers to existential questions about life, death, and suffering, ultimately leading him to embody the revered saint Neem Karoli Baba, whose messages of love, service, and compassion have impacted many.


The film stars Shobhinaw Satya in the lead role, supported by Vihaan Shedge, Chandan K Anand, Purnima Tiwari, Anil Rastogi, Gulshan Pandey, and Bhagvandas, among others.


As reported by the trade tracking platform Sacnilk, the film has amassed a total of Rs 156.63 crore in gross earnings at the domestic box office.


Released in Indian theaters on August 7, the film initially had a slow box office performance, with modest earnings in its first two weeks. However, it gained significant traction thanks to positive word-of-mouth.
