Preity Zinta's Positive Outlook on Life

Mumbai: Actress Preity Zinta recently opened up about her cheerful demeanor and the reasons behind her ever-present smile.

During an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session on X, a fan inquired about her ability to maintain such a positive expression.

In response, the Veer-Zaara star stated, "Whenever I feel like complaining, I reflect on those who lack love, family, jobs, or face poverty. It makes me realize how fortunate I am. I express gratitude daily for the blessings I have, which makes smiling effortless for me," accompanied by a folding hands emoji.

Another user asked about her beauty secrets, to which Preity humorously replied, "I’m not sure about that, but my looks and age seem to be a hot topic! I believe my intelligence surpasses my appearance, but I appreciate the compliment. Interestingly, men are rarely questioned about their looks as they age; their accomplishments are what get celebrated. For women, however, discussions often revolve around age and appearance, overshadowing achievements. Sending you lots of love for your kind intent!"

A curious follower even asked how to achieve dimples like hers. Preity responded, "It’s a muscle defect! Seriously! This shows that imperfections can be endearing, and we shouldn't feel pressured to fix everything. Our flaws make us human."

On the professional front, Preity is gearing up for her return to Hindi cinema with the film Lahore 1947, where she stars alongside Sunny Deol.
