Vikram Bhatt Speaks Out on Vijay and Trisha's Relationship Amid Divorce Rumors
Vijay and Trisha's Relationship Under Scrutiny
Rumors surrounding the relationship between Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha Krishnan have gained momentum following the divorce filing by Sangeetha Sornalingam, Vijay's estranged wife. On February 27, Sangeetha submitted a petition for the dissolution of their marriage, alleging Vijay's involvement in an extramarital affair with another actress. In light of these developments, filmmaker Vikram Bhatt has expressed his views on the situation, sharing a thoughtful note on social media regarding Vijay and Trisha's connection.
Vikram Bhatt Defends the Couple
On his Instagram account, Vikram posted a picture along with a caption addressing the ongoing speculation about Vijay and Trisha. He stated, "There has been a lot of chatter regarding the personal lives of Vijay and Trisha Krishnan. I cannot confirm the truth of the rumors, but if they hold any validity, I feel the need to share my perspective."
Vikram elaborated that his recent experiences have led him to appreciate the significance of freedom. He remarked that a more profound form of imprisonment exists, which pertains to the 'human soul' and 'happiness.' He emphasized, "When two individuals remain ensnared in a relationship that has reached its end, yet society demands its continuation, that is a form of confinement."
Regarding the rumors about Vijay and Trisha, Vikram noted, "I see something commendable in both of them. There is dignity in acknowledging love rather than pretending it doesn't exist. There is honor in not concealing love as if it were something shameful."
Vikram Bhatt: Their Films Are Public, Their Lives Are Private
Vikram pointed out that everyone is aware of the hidden lives some individuals lead. He mentioned men who operate anonymous profiles on dating platforms, who erase messages before returning home, and who spend time with women they would never publicly acknowledge.
In conclusion, he stated, "Their films are ours to enjoy, but their personal lives are not. I will always advocate for the freedom of the human heart. They deserve the right to live and love freely."
