Vikram's culinary journey began at the young age of 19 when he opened a small canteen. By 22, he had established Choti Delhi Restaurant, which he later sold after three years. During the pandemic, he initiated Project Baked, and together with his brother, they launched Place. Ajinkya, the younger sibling, is an architect who opened his first café in Goa at just 24 years old.
Throughout their time on MasterChef India Season 9, the Gandhe brothers consistently impressed the judges with their creative dishes.
