What Happens at the End of Alpha?

Sita successfully reconnects with her biological father, portrayed by Anil Kapoor, and discovers her twin sister, Sharvari, whom she never knew existed. Additionally, she learns that Bobby Deol plays a rogue agent who is developing a dangerous 'Alpha serum' for his own agenda.
In his quest to find and capture Sita, Bobby's character, Fateh, learns about Durga, her sister, and takes her hostage, mistakenly believing he has eliminated Sita, who poses a threat to his mission.
However, Sita survives and manages to rescue her father, Colonel Vikrant Kaul, the Chief of R&AW. When they reach the villain's hideout at an army base in Cherrapunji, they discover that Fateh is actually a spy who infiltrated the Indian army years ago to create and transport the 'Alpha serum' to his homeland, intending to develop super soldiers to challenge India.

Does Sita Achieve Her Goals?

After a series of intense battles and explosions, Alia's character ultimately overcomes Bobby, allowing Anil Kapoor's Luthra to confront him for the damage he has inflicted on both a national and personal level. However, the act of one soldier killing another involves extensive government procedures, including a court-martial. Thus, he permits Sita, as an assassin, to take matters into her own hands. She shoots Fateh at close range as both Sita and Durga step onto the battlefield.

New Faces in the YRF Spy Universe

As the film nears its conclusion, Sita and Durga reflect on their mother, Janki (played by Dia Mirza in a cameo), sharing a heartfelt moment with their father, Luthra. He encourages them to forge their own paths away from the country. While Durga plans to return to Spain, Sita seeks the happiness she has long desired.
Nonetheless, Luthra also invites them to serve their country as assassins-turned-spies. He mentions notable figures like Tiger, Pathaan, and Kabir, urging them to join the elite ranks of spies for future missions whenever India calls upon them. This connection solidifies Alpha's place within the YRF Spy Universe. Earlier in the film, Hrithik Roshan's cameo had already hinted at this integration, suggesting that Sita and Durga are poised to become the newest members of the Spyverse.
