During his stint in Bigg Boss 18, he developed a close friendship with Eisha Singh, leading to speculation about a romantic relationship. However, both have consistently denied these rumors. Recently, there were reports about their supposed engagement, which Avinash also dismissed, stating, “I am seen not only with Eisha but with others as well. I have many friends. I am single.”
He further elaborated on his views regarding marriage, indicating that he is open to an arranged marriage, with his mother playing a pivotal role in selecting his partner. “Eisha and I are just good friends. That’s all,” he reiterated.
