A somber event has struck the production of Fauzi, as a crew member associated with Prabhas’ film tragically lost their life in a road accident near Abdullapurmet in Hyderabad. Insights on Fauzi
Fauzi signifies Prabhas’ return to the grand period-action genre, a category that has previously garnered him significant acclaim. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, known for successful films like Allu Arjun's Pushpa, Dear Comrade, and Uppena, the film is being developed on a grand scale and is considered one of the studio's most ambitious projects. Directed by Hanu Raghavapudi, nearly 80% of the film has already been shot. The release is anticipated later this year, tentatively scheduled between October and the Christmas season, although recent events may affect this timeline. The director has shared that the narrative will unfold in two parts, exploring various facets of the protagonist’s journey. "There’s a wealth of material from our colonial history, tales that ended in tragedy but could have been fairy tales in an alternate reality. I've also incorporated some personal real-life experiences that inspired me," the director stated.
