Shefali Jariwala's Sudden Demise

The unexpected death of Shefali Jariwala has left her fans and loved ones in deep shock. At just 42 years old, she reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest on the night of June 27. However, the Mumbai police have stated that the exact cause of her death remains undetermined. Her body has been taken to her home prior to the funeral, where numerous celebrities and colleagues from the entertainment industry gathered to pay their respects.


Friends of Shefali, including Aarti Singh and Mahira Sharma, were seen arriving at her residence ahead of the funeral.




Earlier statements from the Mumbai police indicated that they were notified of her passing at 1 AM. Her body has been sent to Cooper Hospital for a postmortem examination, with the cause of death still unclear.


Shefali gained fame as the 'Kaanta Laga' girl after her music video became a sensation in 2002. Her captivating dance moves and stylish outfits made her a household name. Following her breakout role, she participated in various reality shows, including Boogie Woogie, Nach Baliye 5, Nach Baliye 7, and Bigg Boss 13. She also appeared in the series 'Shaitani Rasmein'.


In terms of her film career, Shefali featured in the 2004 movie 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' alongside stars like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, and Priyanka Chopra. Additionally, she acted in the 2011 Kannada film 'Hudugaru' and was part of the web series 'Baby Come Naa'.
