In her post, she reflected on cherished memories of her late brother and expressed her sentiments to his supporters, while also mentioning the closure of the CBI investigation into his case.

In the video, Shweta spoke about her recent 28-day meditation retreat and explained her decision to share her thoughts on this significant day. She wrote, "Today is Bhai’s 5th Death Anniversary. A lot has transpired since his passing on June 14, 2020. The CBI has submitted a report to the court, and we are currently in the process of retrieving it. However, I want to emphasize that regardless of the outcome, maintain your faith in God and goodness. Always remember what Sushant represented: purity, an insatiable passion for life and learning, and a heart filled with love that treated everyone equally and engaged in charitable acts."

Shweta expressed that she still feels Sushant's presence and urged fans not to use his name to spread negativity, as he would not have supported that. She highlighted the impact he had on many lives, stating, "Let his legacy endure. You are the flame that ignites other candles to carry on his legacy. The legacy of any remarkable individual often flourishes after their departure because the allure of their character plants seeds and influences minds for generations."
Circumstances Surrounding Sushant's Death
Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered deceased in his Mumbai residence on June 14, 2020, at the young age of 34. The autopsy concluded that his death was due to "asphyxia secondary to hanging." Following this, his family filed a police report against Rhea Chakraborty and five others for alleged abetment of suicide. In August 2020, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took over the case, which also involved inquiries into money laundering and drug connections by other agencies like the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
In March 2025, the CBI submitted a closure report indicating that there was no evidence of foul play.
