Reasons Behind Karuppu's Delay

Karuppu Delay Reason

Karuppu was released on May 15, 2026, a day later than its intended premiere on May 14. The unexpected delay was attributed to financial difficulties faced by the production house, Dream Warrior Pictures, which resulted in last-minute cancellations and hindered the film's timely screening. The film is produced by SR Prabhu and SR Prakash Babu under the Dream Warrior Pictures banner. Suriya portrays Saravanan, a character inspired by his real name, while Trisha plays Preethi. The cast also includes Natty Natraj, Mansoor Ali Khan, Swasika, Sshivada, Anagha Maya Ravi, and Supreeth Reddy, among others.
