Fans can soon enjoy animated series and films inspired by these beloved stories, thanks to a new partnership between Ghai's Mukta Arts and Green Gold Animation.

Memorandum of Understanding Signed
In a significant move, Mukta Arts Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Green Gold Animation. This collaboration aims to develop and produce animated content based on the extensive intellectual property portfolio of Mukta Arts.

New Ventures in Animation
As part of its strategic growth in the animation sector, Mukta Arts launched SGM Animation Studio in 2025. This division focuses on creating animated films, series, comic books, and games, leveraging Mukta Arts' rich library of intellectual properties developed over the past forty years. The studio aims to craft original content inspired by the company's storytelling heritage.

Iconic Films to Inspire New Content
Through this MOU, Mukta Arts and Green Gold Animation will work together to create animated intellectual properties based on Ghai's classic films, including titles like Kalicharan, Karz, Hero, Karma, Ram Lakhan, Khalnayak, Saudagar, and Iqbal. Additionally, there will be spin-offs featuring these characters.
