Shikhar Dhawan Ventures into Music with Jacqueline Fernandez
Shikhar Dhawan's Musical Debut
Former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan is stepping into the music scene by featuring in a music video alongside actress Jacqueline Fernandez. He recently shared the promotional poster for the song on his Instagram account.
The track, titled 'Besos', is performed by renowned singers Shreya Ghoshal and Karl Wine. The poster showcases Dhawan next to Jacqueline, along with credits for the singers, music producer, composer, and director involved in the project.
The teaser for the song is set to be released on Tuesday, May 6, at 11:00 AM IST, while the complete music video will be available two days later on May 8, also at 11:00 AM IST. Fans can watch it on the official Play DMF YouTube channel.
In addition to his music career, Dhawan recently confirmed his relationship with Sophie Shine on social media.
Sophie Shine holds a degree in Marketing and Management from Limerick Institute of Technology and currently works as a product consultant in Ireland. Earlier this year, Dhawan finalized his divorce from Aesha Mukherji, the mother of his son, Zoravar.

Sophie has been spotted with Dhawan on various occasions, often dressed in traditional Indian attire, making their relationship public through his recent Instagram post.
Throughout his cricket career, Dhawan has played 34 Test matches, 167 One Day Internationals, and 68 Twenty20 Internationals, accumulating 2315, 6793, and 1759 runs respectively. He has also participated in 222 IPL matches, scoring 6769 runs, including two centuries and 51 half-centuries. His most recent appearance was with the Punjab Kings during the 2024 season, where he played in five matches.
