Scorpions Return to India for 'Coming Home 2026' Tour
Mumbai, January 8: The legendary German rock band Scorpions is gearing up for their return to India, marking their first performance in the country since 2008.
As part of their 'Coming Home 2026' tour, the band will kick off their Indian leg with a concert in Shillong on April 21 at JN Stadium.
Following Shillong, they will perform in the Delhi-NCR region on April 24 at HUDA Grounds.
Bengaluru will host them next on April 26 at NICE Grounds, and they will conclude their tour in Mumbai on April 30 at Jio Gardens.
The band members are thrilled about their long-awaited return to India.
Klaus Meine expressed, “We are incredibly excited to finally be touring India again after such a long time and are looking forward to meeting our many, many fans in India. The concerts will also be a very special experience for us.”
Rudolf Schenker, the band's founder and guitarist, added, “Sixty years after the band's founding, we're bringing our 'Coming Home' concert to India. It will be a unique celebration for our fans and for us.”
Lead guitarist Matthias Jabs remarked, “Finally playing in India again – and on top of that our now iconic ‘Coming Home’ concerts – will be spectacular and unforgettable for us as well.”
Tickets for the concerts will be available starting January 17, 2026, exclusively on BookMyShow, with sales commencing at 1 PM IST.
Since their formation in 1965, Scorpions have released 19 studio albums, featuring timeless hits like 'Rock You Like a Hurricane', 'Still Loving You', and 'Send Me an Angel', along with other classics such as 'Wind of Change', 'Love at First Sting', 'Blackout', and 'Crazy World'.
