Sanjay Dutt Reflects on Evolving Film Industry Culture Ahead of 'The Bhootnii' Release
Sanjay Dutt Discusses Changes in Film Industry

Mumbai: Renowned actor Sanjay Dutt, set to appear in the forthcoming film The Bhootnii, has shared insights on how the work culture in the film industry has transformed over the years.
In a recent interview, Dutt highlighted the talents of his younger co-stars and noted the significant changes in the industry for new actors.
He remarked, "The young talents in this film are incredibly skilled, and they were selected based on their impressive auditions. There’s a noticeable contrast between the past and the present. Today’s actors benefit from having a complete script and their lines provided well in advance."
The cast of The Bhootnii includes Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, Beyonce, and Aasif Khan.
Dutt elaborated, "We didn’t have such privileges. The industry operates quite differently now. Modern actors enjoy numerous conveniences, from relaxing in vanity vans between takes to having a full entourage to meet their needs, whereas we had a different approach to our work."
Previously, during the trailer launch of The Bhootnii, Sanjay Dutt confirmed his collaboration with Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, describing the film as an action-packed entertainer.
In addition, the film's creators recently released the first song titled ‘Mahakal Mahakali,’ which has resonated well with audiences.
The Bhootnii is a horror action-comedy that recently had its release date adjusted. The film is a collaboration between Zee Studios, Soham Rockstar Entertainment, and Three Dimension Motion Pictures. Produced by Deepak Mukut and Sanjay Dutt, with co-producers Hunar Mukut and Maanayata Dutt, it is set to hit theaters on May 1, 2025.
