This occurred when he was spotted outside a Mumbai hospital, where he was visiting a sick family member. His frustration was evident as he took to social media to voice his concerns, warning that such behavior would not be tolerated. However, just a day later, he was seen mingling with the media at the success celebration of Raja Shivaji, hosted by actor-director Riteish Deshmukh. Upon his arrival, photographers even offered their apologies, to which Salman responded with a wave, indicating that he had moved past the incident, albeit with a stern expression.

The success party for Raja Shivaji took place on Wednesday evening, gathering the film's cast, including Genelia Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Bhagyashree, Amol Gupte, and Jitendra Joshi, at a venue in Lower Parel's Kamala Mills. The film has achieved remarkable success, grossing over Rs 117 crore at the box office. Following the viral video of his outburst, he posted several messages on Instagram, expressing his discontent. He stated that he would not tolerate media presence at a hospital that seemed to revel in his suffering. Salman emphasized his history of supporting the media and urged them not to exploit his personal hardships for profit. He questioned the morality of prioritizing photographs over human life and cautioned that he could respond strongly if such situations continued. The Sikandar star implored the paparazzi to consider how they would feel if faced with similar circumstances involving their loved ones. When the paparazzi encountered him again, they sincerely apologized, saying, "Sorry Bhai, kal ke liye," acknowledging their previous actions.
