A source revealed that Salman has upgraded his two gyms—one at his Khandala farmhouse and another at his Bandra residence—to meet his training needs. He dedicates four hours each day to workouts, focusing on circuit training that targets various muscle groups. This regimen aims to enhance strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness, which is crucial for high-altitude conditions.
The source further mentioned that his training includes acclimatization to higher altitudes, allowing his body to adjust to lower oxygen levels.
