Salman Khan has reportedly sold his 758 sq ft apartment in Bandra West for ₹3.50 crore before relocating. The Bollywood actor acquired the property in 2015 for ₹2.88 crore, resulting in a profit of ₹62 lakh upon sale. Currently residing with his parents in Galaxy Apartments, Salman plans to move into a newly built bungalow located just a short distance away from his long-time home.

As per a report from CRE Matrix, the apartment is situated in Shiv-Asthan Heights and includes two parking spaces. The sale was officially registered on July 9, 2026, with the buyers paying a stamp duty of ₹21 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000. The property has a carpet area of 758 sq ft, translating to a sale price of approximately ₹46,000 per sq ft.
Upcoming Move to New Bungalow
Salman Khan to move out of Galaxy Apartment
Salman is currently overseeing the construction of a six-storey sea-facing bungalow for his family. The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority granted clearance for the project on June 16, allowing the construction in Bandra's Chimbai area, close to Galaxy Apartments. The land was purchased by Salman's mother, Salma, in 2011, and the previous structure was demolished due to its poor condition.
The new building will consist of ground plus stilt plus six floors, adhering to regulation 33(16) of the Development Control and Promotional Regulations 2034. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation issued the necessary permissions on October 28, 2025, and Sach Developers have been tasked with the construction of the 1014.11 sq. metre property, which will also feature a 6.01-metre-wide access road from the municipal road.
