On Tuesday, March 17, Salim Khan was released from Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, nearly a month after his admission on February 17, as reported by The Indian Express. He received care from senior medical professionals and was closely monitored in the ICU during the initial phase of his treatment. Reports indicate that his condition improved progressively, leading doctors to be satisfied with his recovery before allowing him to return home. Dr. Jalil Parkar was overseeing his treatment during his hospital stay.

Throughout his hospitalization, Salman Khan and other family members frequently visited him. Numerous individuals from the film industry also came to check on his well-being. Arbaaz Khan recently mentioned that their father was 'better and improving.' Longtime friend and collaborator Javed Akhtar noted that Salim Khan was recovering well and had begun to sit up and converse again. Aamir Khan had also visited earlier, expressing optimism about the family's outlook on his recovery.
