After making serious allegations against Kundrra, she revealed that producer Ektaa Kapoor intervened, providing her with support and enabling her to continue her work on the show. In a recent interview, Saanvie shared her thoughts on why she refrained from contacting the police regarding the alleged assault by Karan Kundrra. She credited Ektaa Kapoor's involvement as a significant factor in her decision to avoid legal proceedings. Saanvie stated, "Many wonder why I didn't file a complaint. It's because Ektaa reached out to me and met with me after the incident." She emphasized that the producer's support encouraged her to return to the project, which influenced her choice not to take legal action against Kundrra.

She further expressed her concerns about the potential repercussions of pursuing legal action at that stage in her career, stating, "Professionals are like this; if I had taken the legal route back then, my career would have ended." Although she chose not to file a complaint, she admitted that she has not forgiven Kundrra and feels unresolved about the incident.

These comments follow her earlier allegations made in an interview with Filmibeat, where she described an incident during the filming of Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum. Saanvie claimed that a scene required Karan's character to kiss her before she slapped him. However, she alleged that he kissed her before the director called for action.

Questioning Karan's behavior, Saanvie accused him of kissing her without her consent. She recounted that after she slapped him in response, he retaliated by slapping her hard, causing her to fall. Additionally, she claimed he verbally abused her and her family. Initially, no one on set supported her, but later, Ektaa Kapoor apologized on Karan's behalf and worked to create a more comfortable environment for filming. Saanvie also mentioned that the show's director was replaced following the incident.
