Famous Kannada actor and filmmaker Rishab Shetty, who rose to fame with his hit film 'Kantara', is now gearing up for his debut in Telugu cinema. He has recently revealed the first look of his upcoming project, which is yet to be titled, under the direction of Ashwin Gangaraju.
The production team announced the film on social media, stating, "Not all Rebels are forged in Battle. Some are chosen by Destiny. And this is that story of a Rebel.. Currently, the film is referred to as 'Production No. 36', with further details such as the cast and release date still undisclosed.
On the professional front, Rishab Shetty has several exciting projects in the pipeline. He is working on a prequel to his successful film 'Kantara', titled 'Kantara Chapter 1', which is expected to hit theaters on October 2, 2025.
Additionally, he will feature in 'Jai Hanuman', directed by Prasanth Varma. This film, announced in October 2024, aims to provide an immersive IMAX 3D experience. The production team shared, "A vow from the Tretayuga, bound to be fulfilled in the Kaliyuga.
