Raveena Tandon's Reaction to 'Dhurandhar'

Actress Raveena Tandon recently viewed the film "Dhurandhar" and shared her thoughts on it. She commended Ranveer Singh's acting and referred to director Aditya Dhar as a genius. Following the screening, Raveena felt compelled to reach out to Yami Gautam, Aditya's wife, to express her admiration.

In a recent podcast, Raveena elaborated on her experience with the film. She mentioned that her admiration for the film led her to immediately contact Yami Gautam to apologize for becoming such a fan of her husband.

Why the Apology?
During the call, Raveena told Yami, "Please forgive me. I’ve become your husband’s biggest admirer. You’ll have to share his attention with me now, as Aditya is the true hero." She expressed that Aditya has once again showcased a heroic character in the film, similar to his previous works like "Pushpa" and "KGF," where the hero confronts societal issues.

Compliments for Ranveer Singh
Raveena also had kind words for Ranveer Singh. When she learned that he views her as a significant fan, she chuckled. She thoroughly enjoyed his performance in "Dhurandhar." The film also featured notable performances from Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, and Gaurav Gera. "Dhurandhar" has been a box office success, and its sequel, "Dhurandhar: The Revenge," is set to hit theaters on March 19, 2026, coinciding with the release of Yash's film "Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups," which stars Nayanthara and Kiara Advani among others.
