Reports indicate that the Ramayana actor has entered into a five-year leave-and-license agreement for his 2,460 sq ft residence in the Vaastu Building, Bandra West. The apartment has been rented out for an impressive ₹11 lakh per month, with the lease going to Aditya Shukla. The agreement includes a 5% annual rent increase and required a security deposit of ₹45 lakh.
Ranbir's Former Home and Its Significance
Ranbir originally purchased this property in 2016 for approximately ₹35 crore. The interior design was done by Gauri Khan, the wife of superstar Shah Rukh Khan. This apartment holds special memories for Ranbir, as he lived there for nearly ten years and it was the venue for his intimate wedding to Alia Bhatt on April 14, where they celebrated with close family and friends on the balcony.
