Ram Kapoor Reflects on His Boarding School Experience

Ram recounted the traumatic event that occurred when he was around 13 years old at his boarding school. He described how students would often gather around dorm beds, and during one such occasion, an older student from the 10th grade climbed onto his bed.

"He touched me under the blanket, and there were about 30-40 kids around, so I froze," Ram recalled. "I couldn't react. He kept doing it, and I was unsure how to respond. Should I endure it? Should I shout? I didn't know, but eventually, I told him, 'I do not like it.' He stopped and left immediately." The actor admitted that this experience left a lasting impact on him, stating, "I became different after that. I became silent and traumatized."

Interestingly, weeks later, the boy who had caused the trauma approached Ram to apologize. Ram explained that the individual made consistent efforts to express his remorse. Over time, the person who initially inflicted pain became a source of healing for Ram, leading to an unexpected friendship.
