Ram Charan's Film Peddi Set for June 4 Release
Release Date Announcement for Peddi
The release date for the much-anticipated film 'Peddi', starring South superstar Ram Charan, has finally been confirmed. After being postponed multiple times, the filmmakers have decided to premiere the movie in theaters on June 4. This film, featuring Ram Charan alongside Janhvi Kapoor, will now compete with Varun Dhawan's 'Hai Jawani To Ishq Hona Hai' at the box office.
New Poster Unveiled on Friday
Following the announcement that Yash's film 'Toxic' would no longer release on June 4, 'Peddi' quickly seized the opportunity to claim the same date. The producers acted swiftly to secure this attractive release slot ahead of any other Telugu films. Ram Charan shared the news along with a new poster, stating, 'Meet Peddi in theaters on June 4.'
Box Office Clash with Samantha's Film
This announcement comes amid rumors that Samantha Ruth Prabhu's upcoming film 'Ma Inti Bangaram' is also set to release on June 4. Although the release date was initially set for May 15, reports suggest it might be postponed due to the ongoing IPL. The producers of 'Peddi' had already secured their release date before 'Toxic'. It seems that Varun Dhawan's film 'Hai Jawani To Ishq Hona Hai' will not be the only one releasing on that date, as it was originally scheduled for May 22 to avoid a clash with 'Toxic'. However, with the change in 'Toxic's release date, it has reverted to its original schedule. When the makers of 'Toxic' announced their June 4 release, the producers of 'Hai Jawani To Ishq Hona Hai' responded with a firm message promoting goodwill within the industry. Now, Ram Charan's film 'Peddi' is all set to hit theaters on June 4.
