Sharma emphasized that Yadav is determined to argue his case in the April 1 hearing, as the current issue falls under criminal jurisdiction due to section 138 of the BNS being invoked against him.

Rajpal Yadav's Statement
In his first remarks after the court session, Rajpal Yadav stated, “The next hearing is on April 1. I have complete faith in the judicial system of India. Dudh ka dudh aur pani ka pani nikalne ki puri koshish karenge.” His lawyer informed the court that a regular bail application had been submitted, and the judge noted that a sufficient amount had been credited to the complainant's account, leading to the relief granted to the actor known for his role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
