Rajkummar Rao and Manushi Chillar Star in Upcoming Film 'Maalik'

Exciting New Drama Featuring Rajkummar Rao

Mumbai, June 18: In a thrilling new project, Rajkummar Rao will share the screen with former Miss World Manushi Chillar in the much-anticipated film, "Maalik".

Fans have already enjoyed the main track from the film titled "Naamumkin", and now Manushi has shared a behind-the-scenes video on her Instagram, showcasing the making of this romantic song.

The video begins with the crew scouting locations, followed by Rajkummar and Manushi filming scenes for the enchanting track.

Viewers can also catch glimpses of the choreographers teaching the dance moves to the duo before they performed on camera.

As the footage progresses, Rajkummar is seen getting his makeup and hair done, while Manushi touches up her lipstick.

The director is shown discussing scenes with Rajkummar and Manushi between takes. The leads share light-hearted moments, including Rajkummar's playful dance before a shot and Manushi winking at the camera while getting ready.

"Naamumkin" beautifully portrays the tender side of a fierce gangster (Rajkummar) as he falls in love.

The music for the track is composed by the duo Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The powerful vocals are provided by Varun Jain and Shreya Ghoshal.

Directed by Pulkit, "Maalik" also features Prosenjit Chatterjee, Medha Shankr, Huma Qureshi, Anshumaan Pushkar, and Swanand Kirkire in significant roles, among others.

Produced by Kumar Taurani under the Tips Films banner, in collaboration with Jay Shewakramani of Northern Lights Films, "Maalik" is set to hit theaters on July 11 this year.
