R Parthiban's First Meeting with CM Vijay

Recently, actor and director R Parthiban was among those who met with Vijay at his office, where he gifted a painting depicting Vijay as an emperor. Along with the artwork, Parthiban included a note referring to Vijay as a leader in global politics. This encounter marks Parthiban's first interaction with Vijay following his comments regarding Vijay and Trisha's appearance together at a wedding.

Images shared online show R. Parthiban alongside Vijay, with one photo capturing them holding the portrait. The artwork illustrates Vijay adorned as a prince, seated beside a throne. The note was dated 'forever'. This meeting comes after Parthiban's controversial remarks about Vijay's public appearance with Trisha, with whom he has often been associated.

The controversy ignited when Parthiban commented on a photo of Trisha and Vijay together at a wedding. During a rapid-fire segment at an awards ceremony, he remarked, “Kundhavai has to be made to sit at home,” referencing Trisha's character in Ponniyin Selvan, in which he also starred. He later explained that his comment was made spontaneously.
