Palak Tiwari, known for her role in Bijlee, is gearing up for her latest project, the show Lukkhe. This series features a talented cast including Babita Kapoor, King, Raashi Khanna, Shivankit Singh Parihar, and Lakshvir Saran. Directed by Himank Gaur, the eight-episode musical action-drama is set to premiere on May 8. The storyline follows a young man's journey through the rap scene in Punjab while addressing critical themes such as mental health and substance abuse. Palak portrays the character Sannober and has shared insights into the difficulties she encountered during filming.

Palak Tiwari Discusses Challenges and Anxiety

In a recent interview with a media outlet, Palak expressed, "This role was particularly challenging for me. I felt a strong sense of responsibility representing women, and I wanted to ensure I did justice to that. It became clear to me that many people have similar experiences, as nearly every third person I spoke to had their own story to share. I made it a point to engage with others to accurately portray these issues." She elaborated on her character's struggles with anxiety, stating, "The anxiety her character faces is significant, especially when she feels overwhelmed. While I don't personally experience anxiety, it was crucial for me to convey this aspect authentically."

Palak Tiwari Praises Co-Star Lakshvir

Palak also praised her co-star Lakshvir, describing him as a "stabilizing presence" who made her feel at ease. She noted that he allows actors the freedom to embody their characters fully. Lakshvir, who participated in the same interview, shared his belief that simply being present can be healing, and that advice isn't always necessary during vulnerable times. He emphasized that having someone nearby can provide comfort, and this approach influenced his performance. He characterized Palak as a non-judgmental and clear-headed individual whose positive energy fosters a comfortable environment. Their differing personalities complemented each other, leading to a strong friendship.
