Natalya Neidhart's Insights on Dominik Mysterio

Natalya Neidhart, a veteran of nearly two decades in WWE, has witnessed various phases of the organization. As the longest-serving female wrestler, she is well-positioned to comment on her peers' characteristics. Recently, she highlighted a surprising individual she finds to be exceptionally respectful.

According to Neidhart, Dominik Mysterio, who portrays a villainous character on WWE programming, is quite the opposite in real life. Since his debut in 2020, Rey Mysterio's son has transformed from a timid newcomer to a notorious on-screen persona.

In a discussion on Busted Open Radio, Natalya described Mysterio as the 'ultimate a****** on TV,' but emphasized that he is entirely different off-camera, which has earned him respect among his colleagues.

“He’s the ultimate a****** on TV, but behind the scenes, you know he’s Rey Mysterio’s son. … Dom shakes everybody’s hands. Dom is so respectful to everybody.”

Natalya Neidhart Discusses Dominik's Respectful Behavior

Reflecting on a European tour when Dominik was new to the WWE environment, Neidhart recalled how he volunteered to carry water from the tour bus, a gesture that signified respect towards the veterans.

“When you’re in the ring with somebody who’s so respectful, you always want to go above and beyond to just help them. Everybody wanted to get onboard with helping Dom because of how he carried himself backstage,” she explained, noting that this is why Mysterio often receives assistance and guidance from his WWE peers.

In addition to Dominik, Natalya also mentioned Chad Gable and Liv Morgan as some of the most amiable and supportive colleagues in the WWE locker room. She pointed out that while it is possible to succeed as a wrestler without being courteous, fostering mutual respect is crucial in their physically demanding profession.
