Mumbai: Actress Mouni Roy recently savored a delightful home-cooked Bengali meal after quite some time.
She took to her Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of her cooking, inviting her followers to guess the dish she was preparing.
In her post, she wrote, “After ages x, guess the dish?”
Mouni later shared another video showcasing the exciting cooking process.
Ultimately, she unveiled her mouthwatering Bengali spread, which featured Deemar jhaal, aloo shedhdho, and ghee rice.
In a clip showcasing the lavish meal, she captioned it, “Deemar jhaal, aloo shedhdho ghee rice: simply by your truly x (Chef and love-kissed emoji) (sic).”

On the professional front, Mouni is set to appear in an upcoming OTT thriller alongside Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and Shaheer Shaikh.
A source close to the production revealed insights about the project, stating, “This is one of the most promising projects Nimrit has been a part of. Her character is expected to resonate with audiences due to its emotional depth and versatility. The collaboration with talents like Shaheer Shaikh, Mouni Roy, and Sanjay Kapoor has generated significant buzz.”
The source also mentioned, “Filming has concluded, with locations in Mumbai and Punjab.”

Mouni's future looks bright with an exciting romantic comedy titled “Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai” on the horizon.
