The AEW TBS Champion took to social media to share the news after rumors about their relationship circulated online, sparked by an Instagram story earlier this week.
Mortos shared a picture of himself with Mone on his Instagram story, captioning it with the phrase “En tus brazos encuentro paz,” which means “In your arms I find peace.” The background music featured the song “El amor de su vida,” translating to “The love of his life.”
The story was later confirmed by a popular news outlet, where Mone described her relationship with Mortos as “a real beauty and the beast situation.” This confirmation follows fans noticing her supportive comments about Mortos in recent weeks.

Mone's new romance comes nearly a year after she filed for divorce from her ex-husband, Sarath Ton, concluding an eight-year marriage. “After a long, long time, I’ll be finally signing my divorce papers. And I’m excited, happy and for me I’m just ready to be free… of not being afraid. Sarath, my ex-husband now, we had such a great relationship, and he’s such an amazing, incredible guy, that I’m so thankful for, he’s another person that changed and saved my life,” Mone expressed regarding her divorce.
During her time in WWE, Mone, formerly known as Sasha Banks, met Ton, who briefly wrestled before becoming a costume designer for the company. Their relationship was publicized online about a decade ago, and they tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2016.
