Overview of Spider-Man: Brand New Day
Following the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), Peter Parker finds himself forgotten by everyone, including his friends MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Batalon). As he continues his fight against crime as Spider-Man, a new menace arises in the city, prompting Peter's powers to evolve. The film also features Stranger Things star Sadie Sink in a mysterious role, along with Tramell Tillman from Severance and Liza Colón-Zayas from The Bear. Marvin Jones III joins the cast as a new villain named Lonnie Lincoln, also known as Tombstone.

The screenplay is co-written by Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, and Justin Kuritzkes from Challengers. The film's title is inspired by the 2008 comic book storyline titled Brand New Day.
