The development of Bachelorette Weekend has progressed swiftly after the initial spec script was presented to Kim Kardashian through her first-look deal with 20th Television. After reviewing the script, Kardashian introduced the project to Jenner, and the sisters decided to collaborate on it before pitching it to Hulu. Alongside their roles as leads and producers, the series is a joint effort with Kapital Entertainment and 20th Television. Lauren Oliver has adapted the original material and is developing the project through her IP packaging company, StoryGiants.
