Kris Jenner Takes Legal Action Against Alleged Stalker

Kris Jenner has successfully obtained a restraining order for herself and her children against Kyle Robert DeWick, a man accused of stalking the Kardashian-Jenner family. This order, granted on Friday morning, ensures protection for Kris and her daughters Kim, Kourtney, Khloe, Kylie, Kendall, and son Rob. DeWick allegedly made several attempts to approach the family, including five attempts to enter Kylie's home, which ultimately led to his arrest.

The restraining order mandates that DeWick must not contact the family and must keep a distance of at least 100 yards from their residences, workplaces, vehicles, and individuals. In court, Kris voiced her fears regarding DeWick's actions, revealing that she was aware of his criminal background, which includes a violent assault. She expressed feeling "terrified" by his behavior, which has caused her significant emotional distress and anxiety.

DeWick reportedly claimed that Kris had encouraged him to propose to Kylie and accused her of meddling in what he perceived as a relationship with the makeup mogul. Kris firmly rejected these claims, stating, "I would never instruct a stranger to visit my daughter's home." She also disclosed that DeWick had attempted to reach out to the family's neighbors and had visited a property within a mile of their residences, heightening her concerns.

Investigator John Romero, hired by Kris, discovered that DeWick had toured a house next to Kim's property, which was formerly owned by her ex-husband, Kanye West. DeWick allegedly asserted that a member of the Kardashian-Jenner family was in love with him and had been pursuing him for years, with speculation suggesting Kylie, who is currently dating actor Timothée Chalamet. The couple was recently spotted together at a New York Knicks game.

In a troubling development, DeWick has also filed a federal petition alleging that the Kardashian-Jenner family has been surveilling him and disrupting what he claims is his relationship with Kylie. He sought legal access to the family through this action. The restraining order comes at a particularly challenging time for the family, as Kris and Kim are also facing a legal setback in their ongoing lawsuit against rapper Ray J.
