Katrina Kaif is relishing her new role as a mother. Balancing her business, Kay Beauty, she is also cherishing moments with her son, Vihaan Kaushal, who was welcomed into the world in November 2025. Her husband, actor Vicky Kaushal, has several films lined up, and fans are eagerly anticipating Katrina's return to the screen after her appearance in Merry Christmas in 2024. Since then, she has not taken on any new film projects following the Sriram Raghavan film.

On Sunday evening, the couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport, marking Katrina's first significant public outing since Vihaan's arrival. They were seen without their baby.

At the airport, Katrina and Vicky posed for photographers. The actress donned an all-black outfit complemented by a trench coat, while Vicky wore black pants, a T-shirt, and a brown jacket. The glow of motherhood was evident on Katrina's face as they patiently allowed the paparazzi to capture their moments. However, the scene felt incomplete without their son, Vihaan.

Recently, Vicky praised a new product from Katrina's cosmetic line, Kay Beauty. In her response, she humorously noted, “Best for sleep deprived Dads (sic).” At a recent event, Vicky expressed that Vihaan is still too young for him to contribute much but referred to Katrina as a ‘superhero,’ acknowledging her strength throughout her pregnancy and as a new mother.

On November 7, 2025, Katrina and Vicky shared the joyous news of Vihaan’s birth on Instagram, stating, "Our bundle of joy has arrived. With immense love and gratitude, we welcome our baby boy." Recently, Vicky faced backlash for comments made at a couples' event, where he joked about the energy levels of married individuals compared to bachelors.

On the professional front, Vicky is set to star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, where he will portray an Air Force officer. This period romantic drama is scheduled for release in January 2027 and is currently in production. Later this year, Vicky will begin preparations for the mythological drama Mahavatar, expected to hit theaters by the end of 2027. Meanwhile, Katrina remains focused on her beauty brand, Kay Beauty, and is working on launching new products.

Katrina and Vicky tied the knot in 2021 at the Six Senses Fort Barwara in Rajasthan, and she announced her first pregnancy in September of the previous year.
