In an interview with a leading film magazine, Kartik Aaryan expressed, "Had this debate not emerged, the challenges faced by outsiders would have remained unnoticed. When established filmmakers introduce new talent, they begin their careers on a much higher pedestal. In contrast, those from outside lack financial backing, connections, and access to influential circles."

Addressing the concern of talented individuals missing out on opportunities, Kartik noted that he has witnessed many aspiring actors from outside the industry who left due to the difficulties they encountered. He emphasized that these disparities are quite evident. Kartik expressed gratitude for being able to choose his projects today, reflecting on the years he dedicated himself fully to every opportunity that came his way.
