Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar Resolve Differences for Upcoming Film

Reconciliation Between Aaryan and Johar
The long-standing tension between Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar has finally come to an end. In a recent interview, Johar announced that they have resolved their differences and will collaborate on a romantic film titled 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri.'
The conflict traces back to 2021 when Aaryan was dropped from the project 'Dostana 2' by Dharma Productions. Speculation about their strained relationship persisted for three years. However, Johar revealed that a private conversation led to their reconciliation, emphasizing their mutual desire to move past previous issues.
Johar expressed admiration for Aaryan's dedication and star power, stating, 'Kartik is a very popular star nowadays who works incredibly hard and has a close bond with his fans.' He also noted Aaryan's strong instinct for screenplays, highlighting the respect that has developed between them, which paved the way for their upcoming collaboration. 'Yes, we’ve had our share of issues, but this is a small industry – one I consider a family,' Johar remarked, acknowledging that misunderstandings can happen in any close-knit community.
Looking ahead, Johar emphasized the importance of uniting creators under a shared vision, focusing on producing quality films and telling significant stories rather than getting bogged down by minor details.
In 'Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri,' Aaryan will star alongside Ananya Panday, with director Sameer Vidwans, who previously worked with Aaryan on 'SatyaPrem Ki Katha.' This film, produced by Dharma Productions, is set to hit theaters on February 13, 2026, in time for Valentine's Day. Additionally, Aaryan is wrapping up work on 'Naagzilla,' which is scheduled for release on August 14, 2026. This collaboration marks a significant step forward and opens up new avenues for partnerships within the industry.
