In a heartfelt gesture, actress Kajol visited the revered Dakshineswar Kali temple in Kolkata to seek blessings from Maa Kali. Dressed in a beautiful blush pink sari adorned with golden details, she radiated simplicity and grace during her visit.

Kajol, known for her deep devotion to Maa Kali, took this opportunity to discuss her upcoming film, "Maa," which she describes as her "strongest role ever." In this film, she portrays a loving mother determined to shield her child from malevolent forces.

The cast of the film includes notable actors such as Ronit Roy, Indraneil Sengupta, Jitin Gulati, Gopal Singh, Surjyasikha Das, Yaaneea Bharadwaj, Roopkatha Chakraborty, and Kherin Sharma, among others.

Directed by Vishal Furia, the screenplay for "Maa" is penned by Saiwyn Quadras. The film is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, and Kumar Mangat Pathak, with Jio Studios and Devgn Films presenting it.

In addition to "Maa," Kajol is also working on Kayoze Irani's film "Sarzameen," where she will share the screen with Ibrahim Ali Khan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Tota Roy Chowdhury, and Rajesh Sharma.

Her upcoming projects also feature Charan Tej Uppalapati's "Maharagni- Queen of Queens," alongside Prabhu Deva, Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha Menon, and Jisshu Sengupta.
