During Addison Rae's performance at the main stage, Olivia Rodrigo joined her after Rae hinted at new music. The duo performed Rae’s song Headphones On and treated fans to the first live rendition of Rodrigo’s new single, Drop Dead, from her upcoming album, You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love. The music video for this track, directed by Petra Collins, was released on April 17 and is set in the Palace of Versailles.

Rodrigo's new album is scheduled for release on June 12, 2026. The talented actress-turned-singer is also preparing to host and perform on Saturday Night Live on May 2 to promote her album, having previously appeared as a musical guest in 2021 and 2023. The 2026 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival will conclude on April 19, with Karol G set to headline the final night.
