Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck List Their Luxurious Beverly Crest Estate for Nearly $50 Million
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's Real Estate Move
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have decided to sell their lavish estate located in Beverly Crest, putting it on the market for just shy of $50 million. This decision comes as they adjust to life post-separation, marking a notable financial transition from their original purchase price.
The couple bought the expansive property in 2023 for $60.85 million. This estate has a notable past in the real estate market, having been initially listed in 2018 for an eye-watering $135 million, before seeing several price reductions over the years. After acquiring the property, they reportedly invested further funds into renovations to customize the estate to their tastes.

Post-Separation Living Arrangements
Post-Separation Real Estate Moves
After their official separation on April 26, 2024, and the finalization of their divorce in January 2025, both Jennifer and Ben have moved into separate homes. Ben Affleck has settled into a $20.5 million residence in Sullivan Canyon, nestled between Brentwood and Pacific Palisades, while Jennifer Lopez has taken up residence in a $17.5 million Hamptons-style estate that was previously owned by musician John Fogerty.
The couple initially aimed to sell the Beverly Crest mansion for around $60 million. However, after failing to attract a buyer at that price, they made several price cuts. In June, it seemed a sale was on the horizon when an offer was accepted, but the deal fell through when the buyer backed out of escrow. The property is now listed at $49.995 million as they continue their search for a new owner.
